My bathroom is my relaxing spot! I LOVE when my husband is available to watch the children and I am allowed 30 minutes of piece and quiet. This is my rejuvenating time! My Opinion: I love that they have customer service on call to help with installation 24/7. We are not great at installation around our house. However this particular product was not that complicated. I asked my husband to install this for me while I was at work. He said it was surprisingly easy. For him to say that was HUGE! He is not a handy man.
He mentioned that it is very lightweight weighing about 9 pounds.
My only problem with this was that the plug outlet is across the bathroom. There are no outlets near the tun. This presented a challenge for me, I would have chosen the hardwired towel warmer if I had thought about this. You do not need a plug for that model. The hardwired in only $20 more and I would recommend that option if your bathroom is set up like mine.
The 10 sleek bars allow plenty of room for all of my towels to hang nicely. I usually only have about 2 hanging at any given time. It is very easy to grab your towel when you are ready for it! I have it installed on the wall near my tub. It is out of reach of the children as apposed to the free standing ones. I love that! It is also the perfect size for a robe! It does not take much time to heat up. By the time I was done in my bath my robe was nice and toasty!
And especially this time of year there is nothing like stepping out of the shower or bath and wrapping in a WARM towel! Seriously! AHHHH! So great! Every MOM deserves a Towel Warmer. It is like having a spa in your bathroom!
