Week 17 on Nutrisystem **Big News** (#NSNation)

This was week 17 for me on the Nutrisystem plan.  Be sure you check out my video on a typical day on Nutrisystem. This will give you a good idea of the foods I eat to help lose weight. Trust me you will be surprised and amazed!

This week I did something that is totally outside of the normal for me! I WORKED OUT! I really worked out. I started the Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred . WOW! I am a  Mom who is not physically active beyond playing around the house with the kids and walking around the block. So this was very tough for me. I am on day 4 today and I am very sore. Tomorrow I will add 3 pound weights. I am commited to sticking with this to help get in shape.

 2  pounds lost this week!
For a total of EXACTLY 30 pounds LOST! 
I am in tears as I write this. I can not believe I am at the 30 pound mark! I am in shock! I weighed several times to see if the first reading was wrong. I want to say to everyone out there… If I can do this ANYONE can! Nutrisystem REALLY WORKS!  

AND… Joel (my husband) completed week 13. How did he do?  This week he lost 3 pounds.  For a total of 28 pounds lost!
