Pics are so adorable….now the personal trainer side of me is going to talk – LOL. Don’t get frustrated at all. You are exercising which is awesome and you are building muscle. One pound of muscle takes up about 1/3 of the space as a pound of fat….so the scale may not change as much but you will notice your clothes are still getting looser and the inches are coming off. Muscle is very metabolic….the more you have the more calories you burn all day long.
Just remember that on the weeks the scale does not move. As long as you are eating right and exercising you are right on track. You want that muscle…we loose it as we age and that is why many women start gaining weight in their mid 20s if they don’t exercise……OK, now I will turn back into the belly button maker:) You are doing great!!! I am so proud of you:)
