Delicious Avocado Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

This is another delicious recipe I tried this week. This is another version of the power smoothie  that I shared earlier. Similar in the way it energized me but very different in taste. Another yummy version.


I have found that adding the flaxseed makes me feel full longer and helps my mood. It is full of fiber and omega 3. The Soy Milk is much easier on my stomach than the skim or low fat milk and I love the vanilla flavor! 

  • 4 big strawberries
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Seed
  • 1 Avocado


Peel the avocado and remove seed.

Add all the ingredients to the blender.

Blend until desired consistency is reached.

NOTE: I have enjoyed an avocado smoothie every day for one week. Including the power avocado smoothie recipe and this smoothie recipe. I have lost 4 pounds AND I did not have any coffee all week! That is huge! These smoothies are helping my energy and overall health already!
