Today I enjoyed a delicious banana smoothie that I have to share. This one is sweet and great for you. I found one similar and altered it use what I had on hand.
1 banana (try frozen bananas for a great blend)
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk ( or your milk of choice)
Add all to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
