Fruity & Protein Packed Homemade Smoothie: Tropical Sunrise Smoothie
This is my favorite way to start the day. This fruity protein packed smoothie gets you going and keeps you full for hours. I have added this to my weight loss smoothie plan.
Favorite Tropical Sunrise Smoothie:
1/4 cup water 1/4 soy vanilla milk 3 tablespoons Greek fat free yogurt plain 1/2 chopped mango 3/4 pineapple, 1/2-1 avocado 1/2 cup ice
Add all and blend well.
