Sometimes you want something sweet! Even when you are eating healthy or on a diet you can enjoy sweets. You can make smoothies or try this trick on your salad.
That’s right! Adding cinnamon adds the perfect amount of sweet to your salads. You can pair greens with fruit and top with cinnamon for a healthy treat. This is my favorite sweet salad recipe. It is great for those on the Paleo Diet! (Yes I am totally into the Paleo Diet right now! I am still learning!) Cinnamon is also great for you.
My Paleo Sweet Salad Recipe
- Clean chop and combine the greens and fruit.
- Add cinnamon to taste. I did 1 teaspoon.
