When making sweets for Valentine’s Day or any fun event, I try to save money any way I can. Sometimes money saving tips are born out of a need. This recipe was created when I just could not get out of the house to go get decorative sugar. I looked in the pantry and decided to try something. To my surprise and delight, IT WORKED!
