I am excited to share with you this easy banana chips recipe that is Paleo and Gluten Free. They are a fun way to enjoy bananas! They satisfy my crunchy craving without having to reach for unhealthy chips!
What you need:
A brush to apply the lemon juice
Chop up the bananas into a variety of sizes. Above you can see I did several widths to try it out. I recommend about 1.8- 1/4 in in width.
Place them on parchment paper.
Cut your lemons and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Use your brush to coat the bananas very well.
Bake at 250 for approximately 1 1/2 hours, flipping the banana chips over halfway through.
