This is my favorite way to start the day. This fruity protein smoothie recipe gets you going and keeps you full for hours. I have added this to my weight loss plan.

Tropical Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 soy vanilla milk
  • 3 tablespoons Greek fat free yogurt plain
  • 1/2 chopped mango
  • 3/4 pineapple,
  • 1/2-1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all (liquids first)
  • Blend well
  • Enjoy
